Your shop dashboard
Once your claim is approved, everything for running your shop's page lives in your shop dashboard. It's free and only you can see it.
How do I get to my shop dashboard?
Any of these work:
- Go to My shops and tap your shop.
- On your shop's public page, tap Open your shop dashboard in the You manage this shop box.
- From your profile page, tap My shops under Your stuff.
- In your account settings menu, tap Your shops ("Shops you manage").
- Tap the button in any shop alert email, such as Open your shop dashboard or Reply to this review.
If you're signed out, you'll be asked to sign in first and then taken straight to the dashboard.
What's on the My shops page?
My shops says "Everything here is free. Keep your details right, post what just came in, and reply to reviews." Below that is a card for each shop you manage, showing:
- The shop name and town
- A chip like "2 reviews to answer" when reviews are waiting for a reply
- Views, 30 days: page views in the last 30 days
- Following: how many people follow the shop
- Reviews: total reviews
- Updates: how many updates you've posted
Tap a card to open that shop's dashboard.
Why does My shops say "You don't manage a shop yet"?
You haven't claimed a shop yet, or your claim is still being reviewed, or you're signed in with a different account from the one you claimed with. The page suggests finding your shop in the directory and claiming it, with a Find your shop link. See Claiming your store.
What's in the dashboard menu?
At the top you'll see "Shop dashboard", your shop's name and town, All my shops (back to the list) and View public page (opens what customers see). The menu has seven tabs. On a phone it's a row of buttons you can swipe sideways; on a computer it's a column on the left.
| Tab | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Overview | What needs doing, shopper reports and your headline numbers |
| Insights | Views, directions, calls and website visits, day by day |
| Updates | Post restocks, sales and events to your followers |
| Photos | Add or remove up to 8 photos |
| Hours & details | Edit your address, phone, website, hours, description, what you carry and special hours |
| Reviews | Read and reply to reviews. A yellow number shows how many still need a reply. |
| Promotions | Free posters with your QR code, a website badge and share text |
What does Needs your attention show?
The top of Overview lists what to do next. Tap any line to jump to the right tab. Depending on your page, you might see:
- "[N] reviews are waiting for your reply" (goes to Reviews)
- "Set your opening hours" (goes to Hours & details)
- "Add your phone number so people can call"
- "Add a few photos of your tanks and storefront"
- "Post your first update: a restock, a sale, an event", or "Your last update was [N] days ago. Post what just came in" when it's been more than 14 days
- "Write a short description of the shop"
- "Add your website, if you have one"
Reviews and hours are highlighted as the most urgent. When there's nothing left to do, you'll see "All caught up. Your page is complete and every review has a reply."
What does "A shopper says" mean on my Overview?
When a shopper uses Suggest a fix on your page, it shows at the top of Needs your attention as "A shopper says: [what's wrong]" (for example "Hours are wrong" or "Moved to a new address"), with the date and their note in quotes. You'll also get an alert and an email about it.
- If they're right, fix it under Hours & details, then tap I've fixed it.
- If the page is already correct, tap It's already right.
Either button clears the report from your list. You won't see who sent it.
What are the numbers under How people found you?
Below the to-do list, How people found you has a 7 days / 30 days switch (it starts on 7 days) and two big numbers:
- People heading your way: direction taps, calls and website visits added together, with a line like "4 asked for directions, 2 called, 3 visited your website".
- Looked you up: page views. When there were both views and actions, it adds "About 1 in [N] of them took a step toward visiting."
Each shows the change against the period before, like "25% vs the 7 days before", "Same vs the 7 days before", "New vs the 7 days before" or "No change". See Shop insights for exactly what's counted.
What are the four cards on the Overview?
- Rating: your average stars and review count, with "+[N] new" for reviews in the chosen period. With none: "No reviews yet. Ask a regular to leave one." Tap to go to Reviews.
- Followers: total followers, and "+[N] in 7 days" (or 30) for new ones. Otherwise: "They see every update you post".
- In [your city]: where you rank for page views among shops in your city, like "#2, most viewed of 6 shops, 7 days". If you're the only listed shop in your city it says "The only shop listed here." If nobody has viewed your page in the period yet: "Ranks once people start viewing your page."
- Updates: how many you've posted and when the last one was ("Last one today", "Last one 3 days ago", or "None posted yet"). Tap to go to Updates.
See all your numbers, day by day takes you to Insights.
Who can see my shop dashboard?
Only the account that claimed the shop (and our support team). Customers never see it. If someone else opens your dashboard's address, they get a "not found" page, so a guessed link gives nothing away.
Can I manage more than one shop?
Yes. If you've claimed several shops with the same account, each one gets its own card on My shops and its own dashboard. Claim each shop from its own page.
Common problems
"Your numbers couldn't load just now." Refresh in a moment. If it keeps happening, email support@undergroundaquarium.com. Your other tabs (Updates, Photos, Hours & details, Reviews, Promotions) still work.
I get "Page not found" when I open my dashboard. You're signed in with an account that doesn't manage this shop, or your claim hasn't been approved yet. Check My shops.
The review number on the menu doesn't match what I see. The number counts reviews without an owner reply. Reply to each one and it goes down. Refresh the page if you just replied.
A shopper report is wrong. Tap It's already right. It clears from your list.
I want to hand the shop to a new owner or manager. Email support@undergroundaquarium.com. Only one account can manage a shop.
