The Shop Owners Lounge

The Shop Owners Lounge is a forum only for people who manage a shop on Underground Aquarium. Use it to trade tips with other shop owners, ask about the site, and share what's working for you.

Where do I find it?

Open Forums. Once you manage a shop, the Lounge sits at the top of the page with a green glow and "Only shop owners can see this" under its name. Tap it to open it.

Who can see it?

Only people who manage a claimed shop, plus the Underground Aquarium team. Everyone else, including signed-out visitors and search engines, can't see it at all. A direct link to a Lounge thread shows them "not found."

Does anything I post there show up elsewhere?

No. Lounge threads never appear in the Feed, site search, the forum search, the unanswered list, other members' profiles or Google.

How do I start a thread?

Open the Lounge and tap the button to start a new post. It works just like the rest of the forums: a title, your text and up to 4 photos. Replies, votes and editing work the same way too.

Common problems

I run a shop but don't see the Lounge. You need to have claimed your shop, and the claim must be approved. Check My shops. If your shop is there and you still don't see it, sign out and back in, then email support@undergroundaquarium.com.

Someone shared a Lounge link and it says not found. Only shop owners can open Lounge threads.
